Intelligent Image Features Extraction
in Knowledge Discovery Systems

"Intelligent Image Features Extraction in Knowledge Discovery Systems" (036-0982560-1643) is a scientific project funded by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia (MZOS), whose purpose is to create intelligent methods for solving difficult high-level image feature extraction and analysis problems. Project's hosting institution is the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Department of Communication and Space Technologies, Zagreb, Croatia. Project duration is from 01 January 2007 until 31 December 2009, with the possible extension for additional 2 years.

This project is a part of the interdisciplinary and inter-institutional scientific program "Computational Knowledge Discovery Methods in Scientific Applications" (0982560), which is also supported by MZOS. Program's hosting institution is the Rudjer Boskovic Institute, Zagreb, Croatia. Currently, this program consists of 5 different scientific projects (additional 2 projects pending approval). More information about the scientific program is available on the program's official web-site.
